Dr. Hannah Formella Zdroik
Music Audiologist
Dr. Hannah Formella Zdroik is a Wisconsin and Illinois licensed and board certified Doctor of Audiology and theatre educator.
From a young age, she has been involved in community and educational theatre. Her purpose for entering the field of audiology is to educate musicians and fine arts performers to conserve their hearing, and to provide accessibility options for theatre spaces and performing arts venues. She also has a passion for community outreach and public health, and hopes to implement hearing education to various groups in her community.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders, minors in Drama & Theatre Arts and Psychology from UW-Stevens Point in 2018. She graduated with her Doctorate in Audiology from the same institution in 2023. Hannah completed her residency at a prestigious ENT clinic in Central Wisconsin, where she had training in diagnostics for adults and pediatrics, hearing aids, cochlear implants, balance testing, and more. Her capstone research project explored extended high frequency testing in university fine arts performers.
Dr. Formella Zdroik has an extensive background in theatre education, theatre arts, and music, and desires to unite her passions of hearing and the fine arts to better serve her patients in her community. She is currently a Masters of Fine Arts Graduate student in Theatre Education at the Mississippi University for Women.
Dr. Formella Zdroik loves being outdoors, painting, trout fishing, and spending time with her husband.

I strive to provide quality, patient-centered hearing health care and hearing education. I desire to empower all who I encounter to be an advocate for their own hearing journey.
I strongly believe that hearing care is more than a quick visit to a clinic, but rather a journey that requires education, thought, and critical thinking for what is best for you, your family, and your lifestyle. I acknowledge that everyone is unique, and each hearing journey should is unique as such. I value the amount of time I spend with you, as I believe making an informed decision about your hearing care takes time. Whether you have questions, need a second opinion, or would like to talk about your options, I can help you navigate your hearing care journey, so that you feel empowered to make the right choice for you or a loved one.
Dr. Formella Zdroik is a Gold-Certified Music Audiologist through the Sensaphonics Gold Circle Training.
